Job Title: Entry Level HVAC Maintenance Technician Department: Service Reports to: Operations Manager Work Hours: 8 am to 5 pm, with some evenings and weekends as needed. Pay Scale: $12 - $16 DOE + Commission + Benefits Position Summary: To provide maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience. Required Qualifications: • High school diploma or its equivalent • Valid driver's license • Ability to operate power and hand tools safely • Acquire EPA certification within 3 months of entering Maintenance Technician Level 1 • Demonstrate commitment to developing customer service skills |
